Digital Dental Joins Forces with BioRESEARCH to Help Dentists in Australia Diagnose and Treat TMJ Disorders

Over the past year, BioRESEARCH Associates, Inc (Milwaukee, WI) has partnered with Digital Dental (Digital Dental Pty, Ltd, Brisbane, Qld, Australia) to help dentists in Australia with better understanding craniofacial disorders and to aid in the diagnosis of Temporomandibular Joint disorders, or TMD.

BioRESEARCH provides computerized medical devices to help the dental clinician with a more thorough understanding of the issues that everyday dental patients experience involving pain, broken teeth, headaches, and TMJ related dysfunction.

Digital Dental will be the sole distributor of the complete line of BioPak products by BioRESEARCH including:

• Joint Vibration Analysis, or JVA for understanding the dysfunction of the TM joint.
• Electromyography, or EMG to assist in interpreting muscles imbalances and symmetry
• Jaw Tracker, or JT3D which captures mastication (chewing) patterns and registers electronic bite registrations
• BioTENS, which is an ultra-low Transcutaneous electro neural stimulation unit used to help relax tired facial muscles for the neuromuscular and general dentist.
• MLS Dental Laser - The all new diode dental laser assists in treating the triad of pain, inflammation, and edema.

Digital Dental will be offering monthly webinars on TMD and BioPak as well as tips and tricks on interpretation for both the BioPak and the MLS laser systems.

 Digital Dental will also be working with Braebon and offering the Australian dentists the Medibyte and Medibyte Jr home sleep testing systems.
